Acai Travel is revolutionizing the travel industry by empowering leading Airlines, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and Travel Management Companies (TMCs) with cutting-edge AI agentic solutions. We are rebuilding the travel industry with agentic software.

We are looking for a Founder Associate to work side-by-side with our CEO and CPTO to drive the company’s growth, efficiency, and impact. This is a high-leverage, high-trust role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and loves making things work better — ideally with the help of AI wherever possible.

In this role, you will be a true extension of the founders, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

Administration & Operations

• Manage company insurances, payroll, and payments
• Streamline processes with AI tools whenever possible to boost efficiency.
  
  

Finance

• Act as finance controller for the holding structure.
• Prepare scenario-based budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate with the bookkeeper and maintain detailed P&L reporting by department.
  
  

Marketing & Sales Support

• Help executives prepare materials for conferences, booths, and events.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
  
  

HR

• Manage hiring processes and candidate coordination.
• Create events to promote our brand in the developer community.
  
  

Board & Investor Relations

• Assist in preparing board decks and detailed reports.
• Draft and coordinate regular investor updates.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
• Experience in at least one of the following: finance or operations, or a founder role.
• Highly proactive and comfortable with ambiguity — you spot problems before they happen and solve them without waiting for permission.
• Basic knowledge of managing a Spanish limited company with the support of a management company (gestoria) and lawyers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish/Catalan. Proficiency with modern productivity tools; bonus points if you’ve automated workflows with AI.
