✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across cultures and time zones

•Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) and Spanish

•A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organizational and time management skills

👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈

•Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various consulting profiles across multiple locations in Europe

•Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define compelling job descriptions

•Source and engage with top talent using creative channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events

•Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessment processes

•Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding

•Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and reporting efficiency

•Collaborate with international TA teams to share best practices and scale successful strategies
