As a Junior Marketing Designer, you will join a collaborative team of exceptionally talented Graphic Designers committed to building high-quality, immersive marketing assets. This is a full-time role, based in Gdansk, Krakow or Warsaw (3 times per week).

What You´ll Do

* Develop visually engaging and impactful marketing art for various campaigns.

* Collaborate with senior designers to produce high-quality marketing assets.

* Manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines in a live environment.

* Contribute to the creation of marketing creatives, including reskins, iterations, and new concepts.

* Adapt your compositions to align with our brand´s identity and aesthetics.

* Take part in collaborative feedback rounds with the team to improve your output.

* Support the team by completing clearly defined tasks under close supervision.

* Explore mobile games and the inner mechanisms of the marketing development team at Product Madness.

* Successfully implement feedback to complete tasks and improve your skills.

* Interact primarily with the immediate team to ensure cohesive and flawless project execution.

What We´re Looking For

* Basic graphic composition principles and proficient use of Adobe CC tools.

* Ability to build simple marketing creatives with mentorship.

* Understanding of composition and visual hierarchy.

* Flexibility in aligning with the brand´s identity and appearance.

* Ability to handle minor tasks with direct oversight.

* Execution of clearly defined tasks with low discretion.

* Adhering to specific instructions and engaging in multiple rounds of feedback.

* Eagerness to learn about mobile games and marketing development processes.

* Proven ability to manage feedback and successfully complete assigned tasks.
