About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated 2x Talent Acquisition Interns to support our recruiting team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring. This internship is perfect for someone interested in HR, recruiting, or people operations who wants real exposure—not just admin work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Support employer branding initiatives (job postings, campus hiring, career events)
• Communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Assist with onboarding documentation and pre-joining formalities
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics as needed
  
  

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life-sciences or Engineering related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or ATS tools is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and interest in talent acquisition & HR
• Fluency in Spanish and English
