As a Supervisor On Our Team, You Will
- Lead team meetings to review performance metrics and set priorities to ensure alignment and focus on goals
- Monitor team performance and analyze sales data on a regular basis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Coach team members through scenarios and real-time feedback to enhance selling techniques and customer engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to stay updated on offerings and to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Develop and implement training programs for new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for team members to provide constructive feedback and set development goals
- Maintain accurate records of team activities and report on progress to upper management regularly to ensure transparency and accountability

- Are bilingual or proficient in English. Proficiency in any other languages is seen as a plus!
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university
- Have a sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
- Have strong attention to detail
- Are a self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
- Have demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in e-commerce is seen as a plus
