Responsibilities
As our Warehouse Specialist, you are responsible for the Warehouse daily production plan follow-up and control.
Your main focus:
- Incoming goods offloading and WMS entrance control.
- Stock control process ownership.
- Stock level maintenance, including external storage Locations.
- Control of product flow between different Storage Locations.
- Returns, refusals and product destruction ownership
- Daily DC operations troubleshooting
- Claims management ownership
- Idoc control and failures troubleshooting.
- KPI reporting
- Orders loading plan follow up and synchronization with Local Transport
The team consists of 3 people, and you will work closely together with several departments such as Transport, Customer Service or Planning Hub. All your colleagues are sociable, collaborative and enthusiastic. Working in this team, you will feel part of a motivated, cohesive and committed group.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to collaborate with different organizations across the globe and you have strong communication skills. As a/an experienced Warehouse Specialist, you are analytical, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
- Degree in Industrial engineering with clear interest in Supply Chain
- Capable and willing to learn and teach about Warehousing and warehousing processes.
- Self-autonomic attitude in work.
- Rigor in the Execution with excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
- Competent at filing and updating records with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dynamic, results oriented and proactive person.
- Adaptability and resilience
- Fluency in English and Spanish both written and oral
