Geosciences Barcelona (GEO3BCN), a centre of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), is seeking aProject Managerto join itsProject Office (PO)under the framework of theDEEP-MAX Project.

Key Responsibilities As part of the PO team, the selected candidate will support the research staff across all stages of project development.

Main tasks include: Designing and delivering training activities on project management tools, funding calls, and emerging opportunities.Disseminating funding and collaboration opportunities through internal communications.Developing a financial diversification strategy, including identifying non-traditional funding sources.Reviewing and streamlining administrative processes for proposal submission and execution.Building strategic partnerships with national and international institutions.Enhancing internal support throughout the entire project lifecycle.Providing consultancy services for improving European project proposals.Facilitating international partner searches and collaborations.Candidate Profile Degree in Project Management or a related certificate.A university degree (bachelor's level) is required (preferably in Earth sciences, environmental sciences, public administration, or economics).Proficiency in English (spoken and written).Strong communication and teamwork skills.Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.Effective in planning, prioritizing, and following through on tasks.Capable of working independently and in teams.Contract duration: two and a half years.Deadline for CV submission: July 10, 2025.Interview dates: Between July 14 and 16, 2025.Submit applications to:******Further info: Manager, Global Engineering Services, GES StartupEvents & Activations Project Manager (Barcelona)
