Responsibilities

- Develop user interfaces using SAP UI5 and Fiori to create engaging and responsive experiences
- Coordinate with backend developers (SAP HANA/BW) for seamless integration using OData and RESTful APIs
- Design reusable UI components following SAP Fiori design principles
- Ensure scalability and reliability by optimizing application performance and resolving issues
- Define and gather stakeholder requirements to deliver visually functional UI solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Document designs, workflows, and methodologies to enhance team knowledge sharing

Requirements

- Knowledge of SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori development frameworks
- Background in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Familiarity with OData services, JSON, and RESTful APIs for backend communication
- Expertise in SAP Web IDE or SAP Business Application Studio for development tasks
- Competency in version control tools like Git and Agile collaboration platforms like Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of SAP HANA and SAP CAP (Core Data Services) is preferred
- Flexibility to use SAP UI5/Fiori applications effectively with 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and SAP Fiori design guidelines
- Skills in integrating frontend applications with backend APIs
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for application development
- Experience optimizing and troubleshooting SAP UI5 applications
- Familiarity with Agile development practices

Nice to have

- Proficiency in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Understanding of workflows within SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA environments
