At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a Business Operations Specialist with fluent English.

Our vision for the future Business Operations Specialist is that this role will play a key part in business success, ensuring customers receive an optimal experience across Push notifications,

EDM campaigns, in-app payments, KOL payment management and more.

Main responsibilities:

Push/EDM management

• Responsible for collecting push/EDM sending requirements and scheduling them.
• Monitor sending performance and continuously improve CTR

IAP management

• Responsible for verifying that configurations are consistent with approved activity plans.
• Responsible for tracking the overall budget usage.

KOL payment management

• Verify KOL registration requests and submitted documents, ensuring consistency with

approved applications and agreements, and compliance with internal approval processes.

Requirements:

• Familiar with working in a multi-culture environment with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in office software applications, Word and Excel.
• Good English proficiency. Ability to effectively prepare written documentation in a clear
• and concise style.
• Strong knowledge in consumer technology products.
• Notice: Applicants must be eligible to work in Spain.

Conditions of the position

• Contract Type: Indefinite
• Location: Madrid. 100% on-site
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:30- 18:30 and Friday 9:30 - 16:00 with the breaks established by law
• Salary range: 21.000-33.000€.
• 200 per month in restaurant card
