About this opportunity
This is a junior or entry-level role.
The successful candidate will support the Marketing Officer in the preparation of commercial proposals and all aspects of the marketing activity across Gleeds´ activity in Spain, Portugal and Italy.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Draft offers and requests for proposals for potential clients with supporting documents.
- Assisting with all marketing activities within countries, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.
- Work collaboratively with global corporate teams to deliver effective marketing activity.
- Draft contracts and additional agreements for clients as needed.
- Update and create case studies showcasing successful projects and client engagements.
- Maintain databases including contacts, images, project details, and employees´s CVs
- Update the relevant information.
- Work with clients on obtaining references and compiling testimonials database.
- Assisting the Marketing Officer and Administrative Director with general administrative duties.

About The Candidate
Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
- Some previous experience in the preparation of commercial offers, and bids for services.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Experience with Power BI is desirable.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Absolute attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Spanish languages.
