MISSION OF THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced team leader with a native/bilingual level in English to join our team in Konecta Barcelona!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Management, planning, and coordination of the team

Reporting on service level agreements, key performance indicators, etc.

Motivating and coaching the team to help them achieve objectives

Monitoring qualitative and quantitative targets

REQUIREMENTS

Experience as a team leader in a BPO or very similar environments.

Native or bilingual knowledge of the English language.

Strong results- and goal-oriented mindset

Availability to work full time and in our offices in Barcelona
