• Lead, mentor, and develop an international team of SAP professionals.

• Promote collaboration and skill development across the team.
• Provide technical leadership in ABAP, SAP BTP, and integration projects.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Management.
• 5+ years in senior people management roles.
• 3+ years of IT project management experience.
• 3+ years working in international environments.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Strong background in ABAP development and SAP BTP.
• Experience with integration technologies and S/4HANA.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work in multicultural, global teams.
