Description Of Internship
Do you enjoy telling stories that inspire?
We're looking for someone who can help us create meaningful content that connects, informs, and engages our people across the internal communication channels of the Human Resources department.
In this role, you'll also support the planning and execution of internal events that strengthen our culture and foster a genuine sense of belonging throughout the organization.
You should apply if you would like to work on:
- Transforming emotions into effective messages.
- Storytelling aligned with our brand’s voice.
- Writing and editing internal communications.
- Editing photos and videos, including creating engaging reels.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintaining and organising databases.
- Occasionally organising and supporting internal events.
- A degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- A strong ability to communicate clearly, creatively, and effectively.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written); knowledge of Catalan or Portuguese is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, with flexibility and autonomy.
- A true team player, open to collaboration and constructive feedback.

Terms & Conditions:
- College scholarship: 883 € per month
- 6 months, 30 hours per week
