Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to join our global team. This is a unique opportunity to learn how world-class marketing and revenue operations teams work together at one of the most successful SaaS companies in the digital employee experience space.
In this role, you’ll help with daily campaign operations, support documentation of key processes, and contribute to large cross-functional projects that drive growth and efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, from setup to measurement.
- Help document operational processes and create clear, easy-to-use internal guides.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations teams on strategic and cross-functional projects.
- Learn how to use AI and automation in process improvement.
- Contribute to ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems and tools.
- Participate in team meetings, share insights, and learn how a global marketing organization operates day-to-day.
- How Marketing and Revenue Operations fuel growth in a global SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Process design, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
- The inner workings of a high-performing go-to-market organization.
About You
- You’re curious, organized, and eager to learn.
- You enjoy solving problems and improving how things work.
- You have strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- You’re comfortable working with data and technology tools.
- You’re currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
