🚀 What you will be doing?

• Manage the full sales cycle. Contact leads who have expressed interest in the Passporter experiences, identify their needs, offer the best trip experience, and manage the travel booking process.
• Apply best experience to identify B2C clients budget, timeline, and decision-making processes with a high-end delivery.
• Deal with occurring requests, complaints and reviews.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Passporter trip products. We offer trips to travelers who want to live unique experiences, supported by Passporter's technology, community and brand.
• Maintain operation experience by following policies and procedures
• Maintain a good relationship and constant communication with our travel providers and internal operations team.
  
  

💪 The perfect candidate

• Previous sales experience as a travel agent or similar. You have the skills to successfully manage a travel sales cycle from the lead qualification to closing, taking into account the technical details of the travel itinerary 💰
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively. You are a charismatic and energetic person who loves to travel and explain to others what to see and what to do in a destination 🌍
• A go-getter mindset: you are coachable, highly motivated and driven to succeed. 💪
• High flexibility and adaptation.
• Your first language is Spanish
• You have fluency in English.

• Fixed salary based on your working experience €20k - €24k+ commisions.
• Full time contract.
• Remote work . We offer flexible working schedule as well 🙂
