Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Country Sales Manager located in Spain. The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, analyzing market trends, and providing sales forecasts and reports. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and sales performance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Willingness to travel as needed
