Ready to play a key role in shaping the growth of a fast-scaling international company?


We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join a growing team in Barcelona and help drive hiring across multiple business functions.


This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing recruitment delivery, stakeholder management, and process improvement in a dynamic and evolving environment. You'll work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams, helping the business attract, engage and hire exceptional talent while continuously improving the recruitment experience.


What you'll be working on
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring strategies
  • Driving sourcing, interviewing and candidate engagement activities
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
  • Improving recruitment processes, workflows and candidate experience
  • Supporting workforce planning and hiring prioritisation
  • Leveraging data and market insights to support hiring decisions
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the recruitment process


What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or People functions
  • Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes in fast-paced environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on recruitment delivery
  • Experience working within startups, scale-ups or high-growth businesses is advantageous
  • Proactive, organised and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Fluent English
