As a Communications Trainee you will provide communications services and support, undertaking routine activity-specific duties in line with well-established procedures.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Perform tasks as directed by others in order to support the implementation of small communications projects and assist other team members in the delivery of larger communications programs.
• Perform simple, routine, repetitive tasks under supervision and within well established procedures to support the provision of services to more senior Communications colleagues.
• Provide assistance, as directed by others, in the development of the editorial content for specific channels.
• Assist with the approval of communications materials in line with the Sandoz approval process.
• Provide assistance, as directed by others, in the preparation of communications plans, analytical reports and presentations.
• Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).
