Your Key Responsibilities:
- To lead R&A activities within FIOH providing insightful and value-added reporting tools analysis to support decision making process for the markets, clusters, regions. The role will also manage a team of 3 internal FTEs and 10+ external IT developers and play a key role in supporting the Digital Finance Transformation over the coming years.
- Lead Reporting & Analytics Product Line - an agile, cross-functional team ensuring high quality releases in line with agreed priorities and timelines.
- Facilitate in developing talent pipeline for roles beyond FIOH R&A
- Build a high performing team which is focused to deliver with high quality and collaboration within and across team to achieve the goals
- Act as business partner for primarily key users of Reporting & Analytics tools across the global Sandoz Finance organization to bring ideas to production and drive adaption
- Drive standardization by harmonizing and building strong Reporting & Analytics tools
- Lead the improvement and automation for Reporting & Analytics end-to-end processes
- Ensure proper training of global Sandoz Finance user community on Reporting & Analytics tools driving adoption of created solutions and satisfaction of end users
- Create and maintain backlog: Lead customer board.
- Ensure that identified needs and ideas are captured on the backlog of the Reporting & Analytics Product Line.
- Prioritization of backlog and sprint definition: Leading the process of prioritizing the backlog items to be considered for upcoming releases.
- Contribute to the technical feasibility whilst judging the business need and drive the definition of the release strategy of the product line.
- Defining clear roles and responsibilities, timelines, and process controls.

Minimum Requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. MBA preferred.
Fluent English is mandatory, any other languages would be much appreciated.
