Main Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze performance data to support impact assessments and track KPIs.
• Assist in preparing and updating reports and dashboards on operational, financial, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Help track and update performance indicators to align with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest ways to enhance performance tracking and reporting.
• Collect data for business case development and collaborate with Finance on tracking tools.
• Support the organization of risk-related information and track the implementation of risk mitigation plans.
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of business continuity planning materials.
  
  

About You

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Finance, Mathematics, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proactive, flexible, and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French) is considered an asset.
• Previous experience in finance, economics, project management, or administrative functions is an advantage.
• Willingness to participate in an official training program as part of the Graduate Program year.
