Your role

As part of the Santander Retail Graduate Program, you will be a key driver of innovation, creating products and solutions that make a difference in the financial sector.

What you will do:

• Data Analysis: Use advanced tools to identify market trends and evaluate the performance of our products.
• Market Research: Conduct studies to better understand our customers and analyze competitor strategies.
• Prototype Development: Participate in the design of wireframes and prototypes of digital products that are intuitive and easy to use.
• Digital Product Development: Participate in the development of large-scale digital banking products (deposits, loans, mortgages, etc.), ensuring they exceed customer expectations and market trends.
• User Testing: Conduct tests with the responsible team to obtain feedback for continuous improvement of the products in development.
• Project Management: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet established objectives.
• Product Optimization: Analyze product performance and propose improvements to optimize the customer experience.

Requirements:

• University Degree: Recent graduate in engineering, business, data, design, gaming, AI or related fields.
• English Level: High (B2+ or higher).
• Skills: Analytical ability, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork.
