What are we looking for?

We are looking for Rule Java developer (Actico Platform & Java Developer) who will contribute to a project with one of our global customers, which is one of the leading wealth management groups.

Location: Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office. We are looking for candidates willing to relocate to Madrid

Job Responsibilities / Role
- As a Rule Java developer you will design, develop and maintain IT services including interfaces to other services and infrastructure.
- You bring extensive experience as a Java developer and know-how on the software development process.
- You are experienced in the integration of business rule services and Actico Platform.
- You are part of the team which is responsible for development, operation, support and maintenance of the IT service.

Technical Skills required:
- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- System engineering and development on JAVA technology stack
- Good understanding of integrating REST web service technologies
- Experience with Eclipse for development and debugging
- Experience with version control (e.g. git)
- Experience with Actico Platform integration
- Experience with Visual Rules (Actico Rules) integration
- Experience with Oracle DB and SQL

Desired Skills
- Beneficial: Business Rule Management (modelling, management, and implementation)
- Beneficial: Certifications, training on Visual Rules / Actico Rules are a plus
- Reliable with strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
- Commitment with drive and passion for ownership with a proactive attitude
- Ability to analyse complex problems and defining a solution path while focusing on an e2e solution and client needs
