Working in the Administration team as an Office Assistant Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation and internal coordination of CVL Cosmetics South Middle Europe SL.

This position is essential to ensuring efficient office management, internal communication, and logistical support across our luxury cosmetics brands: Valmont, l'Elixir des Glaciers, and Storie Veneziane.

You’ll collaborate across departments, acting as a liaison to suppliers, managers, and internal teams, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our administrative processes. This role reports to the General Manager Europe and works cross-functionally with Human Resources and other departments.

What do we look for in the ideal candidate?

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and supporting documents for decision-making.
  • Manage reception and distribution of mail, documents, and packages.
  • Maintain and update company databases, documents, and files.
  • Facilitate internal communication and support administrative processes.
  • Act as a liaison between suppliers and the company to ensure proper delivery service.
  • Support general office maintenance, ensuring facilities are in optimal condition.
  • Collaborate in organizing corporate events and meetings.
  • Provide consistent assistance to department heads in administrative and logistical tasks.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, schedules, and meetings for directors when required.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with department heads to identify and execute assigned tasks.

Your profile and soft skills should be:

  • Strong interest in office operations and administrative coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and flexibility are key.
