Demand Planner,
quien reportará directamente con la Product Manager del departamento de Compras.
Tu misión será asegurar la precisión en la planificación de la demanda mediante el análisis y pronóstico de ventas, coordinando con las áreas de ventas, compras, finanzas y supply chain, con el fin de optimizar el inventario, mejorar el nivel de servicio al cliente y contribuir a la eficiencia operativa y rentabilidad de la empresa.
Es decir, equilibrar la oferta y la demanda para minimizar quiebres de stock, excesos de inventario y costos logísticos, asegurando al mismo tiempo la satisfacción del cliente y la rentabilidad del negocio.
¿Qué funciones y responsabilidades desarrollarás?
Conocer a fondo las necesidades del mercado, en colaboración con el departamento de ventas.
Prever la demanda de productos/servicios en función del punto anterior y del contexto –espacio/tiempo.
Determinar qué necesidades de artículos se va a generar en base a puntos anteriores.
Analizar la correspondencia entre previsiones que se han ido teniendo y los registros de compra/venta para recalcular estrategias.
Comunicación constante e instantánea con los diferentes departamentos con los que colabora el demand planner.
¿Cómo te imaginamos?
Con alto nivel de Excel.
Inglés avanzado imprescindible
Con dominio de las bases del sector logístico y de la cadena de suministros (supply chain).
Capacidad analítica de datos.
Conocimiento en finanzas y estadísticas.
Visión comercial.
