Buena Vista All Stars and Gianni Music Group are entering a major international growth phase for 2026, including global touring, album campaigns, and high-level brand positioning.

We are seeking a multidisciplinary Creative Director / Visual Producer with strong expertise in:

• Graphic Design
• Video Production & Editing
• Photography
• Print Production
• Live Show Visual Systems

This is not a junior design role.

We are looking for someone who understands premium music branding at an international level.

• Lead and execute full visual identity systems for album and single releases

• Design album artwork, vinyl packaging, press kits, posters, tour assets

• Create social media visual templates aligned with brand guidelines

• Edit promotional videos, teasers, performance clips, and campaign content

• Develop LED visuals and motion graphics for live shows

• Direct and execute photography (portrait, live, editorial)

• Prepare print-ready files (vinyl, large format, merchandise)

• Maintain structured asset organization (Dropbox/Drive)

• Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and tour teams

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)

• Strong typography and layout sense

• High-end aesthetic taste (minimal, elegant, premium positioning)

• Understanding of international music campaigns

• Experience with vinyl and physical product production

• Ability to work fast under touring timelines

• Strong file management and workflow discipline

• Experience in music industry branding

• Experience designing for international touring artists

• Motion graphics for live performances

• Print production supervision

• Understanding of Latin / world music visual language

• Strong artistic taste

• Clean, refined visual approach

• Ability to translate heritage into contemporary visuals

• Detail-oriented execution

• Team player with independent work capacity

• Calm under pressure during release weeks
