RealRender3D is a creative visualization design studio specializing in architectural renderings and 3D visualizations. Based in India, we serve clients around the world, including in the UK and the US. Our talented creative team produces visually stunning visuals that assist property developers, architects, interior designers, and other professionals in attracting new clients or presenting new ideas to prospective clients.

Role Description

Position: Customer Relations Officer (Full-Time, Remote)

Location Requirement: You must already reside in Spain (preferably Madrid) and be legally authorized to work there.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will maintain and foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered on time. Daily tasks include:

• Communicating with clients in both Spanish and English
• Managing project timelines and coordinating with the creative team
• Addressing client concerns promptly
• Scheduling regular check-ins to provide updates and gather feedback that enhances client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in relationship management and customer service
• Project-management abilities, including managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with architectural renderings and 3D visualizations(Plus)
• Proficiency with CRM software and project-management tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Willingness to work in a commission-based compensation structure
