We’re now seeking a visionary Country Manager to spearhead our ambitious growth strategy in Spain. Your Mission
As Country Manager, you’ll be Boldyn’s senior leader in Spain, responsible for:
- Full P&L ownership – driving revenue, margin, and order intake growth.
- Strategic leadership – executing Boldyn’s growth plan across sales, delivery, and operations.
- Customer excellence – building and nurturing C-suite relationships with key enterprise and government clients.
- Team leadership – managing a multidisciplinary team including sales, pre-sales, solution architects, delivery, and operations.
- Cross-functional collaboration – partnering with European teams in finance, legal, people, marketing, and operations.
- Bid and project oversight – ensuring repeatable, scalable, and customer-centric delivery across all business streams.
- Boldyn’s growth plan and P&L targets in Spain.
- Scalable sales and delivery processes aligned with our European strategy.
- Strategic account development and long-term customer partnerships.
- Operational excellence and capital efficiency across all deployments.
- Revenue and order intake growth
- Strong margin management
- High customer satisfaction
- Engaged and high-performing team
- Proven success in complex technology solution sales and delivery (10M+ EUR projects)
- Extensive and broad network of contacts in Spanish enterprise/MNO Players
- Deep experience in “as-a-service” models and private networks
- Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills
- Advanced understanding of communications networks and 5G
- Fluent Spanish speaker with strong leadership connections in Spain
- Master’s degree in management (preferred)
