Your missions
Lead Generation
- Help in the Follow-up and reporting for external mkt companies
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the lead-to-opportunity conversion process
- Responsible for obtaining and managing campaign codes for CPE and CSE industries.
- Weekly and monthly coordination with Telemarketing companies to evaluate campaign performance and make necessary adjustments
- Manage the process of campaign creation on the CollabGrid platform, ensuring proper implementation and follow-up
- Manage event landing pages for trade shows, external, and internal events, using the My Event app (New) to optimize time, improve user experience, and enhance data collection
- Help in the Preparation and Manage the list of registered attendees and track engagement before and after the event.
- Create the Communication Kit for each webinar
- Design and manage signature banners for internal and external campaigns.
- Create and oversee email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn posts
- Create LinkedIn posts to promote events, talks, and webinars, and provide content support for the sales team.
- Manage event promotion within the Digital Industry community (New) via LinkedIn
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, you are looking for an internship.
Spanish native and English fluent.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
