As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and supporting various critical business functions, such as:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Process client invoices, track payments, and manage vendor bills to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries, expense reports, and supporting documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements with internal records monthly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies or unauthorized transactions.
• Assistance with Monthly Closings: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including journal entries and accruals.
• Cross-Border Financial Compliance Support: Help ensure adherence to international tax regulations and currency conversion standards when processing transactions across different jurisdictions.
• Support other areas of the company: Provide support where needed in Administration, HR, investments, consulting, etc.

If you are an individual with a foundational understanding of accounting principles, a commitment to accuracy, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, international environment, we want to meet you!

In addition, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and with accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Prior internship or entry-level experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Familiarity with international financial transactions or multi-currency accounting.
