Since 2004 in Fragrance Science we create, produce and export all over the world our fragrances for their application in detergents, home care products, cosmetics and fine perfumery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily laboratory activities and prioritize tasks.
• Lead and support the laboratory team, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.
• Operate the Roxane robot and ensure it is functioning properly. ( be in constant contact with the robot manufacturer)
• Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure all laboratory raw materials meet quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain raw material inventory.
• Coordinate problem resolution with the QC support team
• Track and report laboratory KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in the fragrance industry is a plus.
