We are looking for a SDR to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Expand Guesty’s client base across European and international markets.
- Engage with prospective customers across multiple regions and languages to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with key decision makers, understand operational pain points, and identify how Guesty can deliver business value.
- Conduct inbound and outbound lead generation activities while following established sales processes and best practices.
- Map stakeholders, gather technical and business requirements, and assess prospect fit for Guesty’s solutions.
- Effectively communicate Guesty’s value proposition, platform capabilities, and competitive differentiation.
- Consistently achieve sales qualified lead quotas and pipeline generation targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer use cases, competitor positioning, and hospitality technology developments.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activity in Salesforce, HubSpot, and SalesLoft.
- Provide Account Executives with detailed handoff notes, discovery insights, and recommended next steps.
- Entry-level role. Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing environments is a plus, but not required.
- Fluency in English, French, Spanish, Italian required. Portuguese is strongly preferred.
- German and additional European languages are considered a major advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with prospects across different cultures and regions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools is a plus, especially Salesforce and SalesLoft.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Competitive, coachable, and eager to grow a career in tech sales.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.
