Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Country Manager located in Spain, with home working flexibility. The Country Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure adherence to risk management protocols, manage audit processes, team leadership, and client relationship management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, leading the growth of the business in Spain and Portugal, monitoring and taking ownership of financial performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality assurance services.


Qualifications/ Experience

  • Business development and sales experience with a proven track record
  • P&L Management
  • Leadership and management skills, including team coordination and performance monitoring
  • Experience in the Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality industry
  • Risk Management and quality assurance expertise
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic planning abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
