This is a parental cover role starting from June 2024 until February 2025.

Location:

Madrid with upto 25% travel.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support medical affairs initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement medical strategies
• Stay updated on the latest scientific literature and industry trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Assist in the planning and organization of medical conferences, symposiums, and other events
• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to drive collaboration and knowledge exchange
• Offer medical knowledge and assistance to individuals both within and outside the organization.
  
  

Qualifications: Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, preferably in Medicine, or pharmaceutical sciences. Equivalent experience in haematology is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in medical affairs haematology
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Fluent in English and Spanish
