The Marketing Manager is the functional responsible for the build and execution of the Business Unit's marketing strategies.
They must ensure that the vital resources are secured so that these actions or strategies can be driven, connecting with the different internal departments of the company, defining needs and making short, medium and long term forecasts.
Must prioritize market needs and identify market and competitor trends.
Must maintain accurate reporting of sales and KPIs defined by the BU in each region and supervise compliance with the sales plan at the national level.
Additionally, they must ensure theaccuratet transfer of information from the franchise to the sales force and customers, but also maintain continuous communication with the field to collect market information and customer needs to be used in the definition of strategies and next actions. This person will be the internal and external reference for technical and clinical questions related with new products that they will deal with.
Responsibilities/functions
Ø Connect with the different support areas of the company, ensuring the availability of resources for the execution of the BU's actions and strategies.
Ø Liaise with other country peers and partners to ensure alignment of local actions with the rest of countries.
Ø Permanent collaboration with the BU in the delivery of information and data on the Spanish market or the performance of the business in Spain.
Ø Draw conclusions from continuous data analysis (sales, KPIs, market trends).
Ø Ensure compliance with local policies in the generation and/or adaptation of promotional materials.
Ø Ensure compliance with local policies in the organization of events and teamwork with third party events.
Ø Coordination with Sales supervisors and Sales Managers in the execution and follow up of strategies and actions as well as in the identification of needs
Ø Analyzes customer feedbacks and Market conditions. Recommends specific sales plans and new products launch coordination.
Ø Handle their team (if there is one) guiding them to achieve their goals and collaborating in their development within the organization
Ø Ensure diversity and inclusion their your work environment
Ø Act according to the guidelines defined in the company Credo
Profile Requirements
Ø Must:
- Knowledge of the Medical Devices sector or previous experience in the EP market.
- Prior sales or business development experience
- Prior Marketing experience
- Communication and presentation skills
- English proficiency
- People management by influence
- MBA preferred
- Capacity to lead teams

- Registro de pedidos, manejo y seguimiento
