¿Cuál será tu rol?

Buscamos un/a Project Execution Manager BMS para liderar la ejecución de nuestra cartera de proyectos de Building Management Systems (BMS) a nivel nacional, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos, financieros y de satisfacción del cliente.

Reportando al Regional Operations Director, serás responsable de liderar y desarrollar un equipo de Project Managers, asegurando una ejecución excelente de los proyectos en términos de alcance, plazo, costes, calidad y rentabilidad.

Además de la gestión del portfolio, participarás activamente en proyectos de alta complejidad cuando sea necesario, aportando experiencia técnica y liderazgo para resolver retos operativos, comerciales y contractuales. También contribuirás al crecimiento sostenible del negocio impulsando iniciativas de mejora continua y apoyando la conversión de instalaciones en contratos de servicio.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

• Liderar, motivar y desarrollar un equipo de Project Managers, promoviendo una cultura de colaboración, responsabilidad y alto rendimiento.
• Revisar la carga de trabajo, prioridades y necesidades de recursos, asignando los proyectos de forma eficiente dentro del equipo.
• Supervisar la ejecución de la cartera de proyectos BMS, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de alcance, plazo, coste, calidad y satisfacción del cliente.
• Monitorizar el desempeño de los proyectos y del portfolio mediante indicadores operativos y financieros.
• Identificar, evaluar y gestionar riesgos de proyecto, escalaciones críticas, reclamaciones y posibles desviaciones.
• Participar directamente en la gestión de proyectos estratégicos o de especial complejidad cuando las necesidades del negocio lo requieran.
• Garantizar una planificación eficiente de recursos y capacidades para maximizar la productividad y la rentabilidad.
• Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua y metodologías Lean que contribuyan a optimizar los procesos de ejecución.
• Colaborar estrechamente con equipos comerciales, servicios y otras áreas funcionales para apoyar el crecimiento del negocio.
• Gestionar relaciones con clientes, partners, proveedores y otros stakeholders clave.
• Dar soporte en negociaciones, gestión de reclamaciones y resolución de conflictos contractuales.
• Contribuir activamente a las estrategias de Service Conversion de la base instalada de sistemas BMS.
  
  

¿Qué perfil necesitamos?

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería o formación equivalente.
• Experiencia mínima de 10 años en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en entornos de automatización de edificios, BMS, HVAC, sistemas de control o tecnologías afines.
• Experiencia demostrada liderando portfolios complejos de proyectos y gestionando resultados operativos y financieros.
• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en liderazgo de personas y equipos de Project Management.
• Conocimiento técnico sólido en soluciones BMS, sistemas de automatización de edificios y/o protocolos y redes de comunicación asociados.
• Experiencia gestionando presupuestos, planificación, recursos, riesgos y rentabilidad de proyectos.
• Capacidad para tomar decisiones en entornos exigentes y gestionar situaciones complejas con clientes y stakeholders.
• Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, negociación e influencia.
• Alta orientación al cliente, a los resultados y a la mejora continua.
• Nivel profesional de español e inglés.
• Disponibilidad para viajar hasta un 50% del tiempo, principalmente dentro de España.
