We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator / Administrator to join our growing property team in Aguamarina, Dehesa de Campoamor.

This is an office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will play an important role in supporting clients throughout their property journey - from their initial enquiry through to viewings and ongoing communication, while providing valuable administrative support to our sales team.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing new client enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up


• Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems


• Coordinating property viewings, appointments and meetings


• Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration


• Communicating professionally with clients and helping to build strong relationships


• Following up with clients and ensuring no opportunities are missed


• Providing a consistently high level of customer service


• Assisting with general office administration and coordination

Requirements

• Advanced in English & Spanish and other languages are advantageous


• Some experience in real estate is preferred or similar roles such as telesales, customer service (but not essential)


• Comfortable working with systems, processes and regular follow-up


• Confident dealing with clients by phone, email and in person


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team


• Able to take feedback and work well under pressure


• Sales minded to maximise on conversion of leads
