At LHH Executive Search, we are partnering with a leading multinational organisation specialising in consulting and operational transformation. As part of an ambitious growth strategy and the continued strengthening of its Operations Consulting offering, the firm is seeking to appoint a Director or Senior Manager of Supply Chain Strategy.

This is a newly created, highly visible strategic role, aimed at professionals capable of building and leading a Supply Chain practice from an end‑to‑end perspective, combining business vision, operational transformation and technological awareness.

The successful candidate will play a key role in defining the Supply Chain value proposition, acting as both an internal and external reference point and as a key growth lever for the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the Supply Chain Strategy value proposition from an Operations Strategy perspective.
• Identify pain points across the supply chain and translate these challenges into high‑impact client proposals.
• Lead initiatives including:
• S&OP / IBP (Integrated Business Planning) as a core business discipline.
• Demand planning and forecasting.
• Logistics network design and optimisation.
• Target Operating Models (TOM) and future operating models.
• Support clients through the actual execution of transformation initiatives, beyond conceptual design.
• Drive business development by actively participating in sales, pipeline build‑up and opportunity generation.
• Build and lead the Supply Chain Strategy team, mobilising internal capabilities (technology, data, AI and processes) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Experience and Requirements

• Strong track record in end‑to‑end Supply Chain and operational transformation.
• Previous experience in top‑tier consulting or in senior roles within industry, logistics or retail, with a strong strategic focus.
• Proven experience leading real transformation projects with direct exposure to operations (plants, distribution centres, operational environments).
• Solid experience in S&OP, IBP, Demand Planning and supply chain transformation.
• Hybrid business–operations profile with strong technological awareness (knowing where and when to apply technology).
• Ability to drive business development, generate opportunities and manage senior client relationships.
• Experience leading teams and building practices or capability areas from scratch.
• Professional‑level English or C1.
