Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gardener at RAÍZ Ibiza. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks that include maintaining and cultivating gardens, landscaping projects, implementing irrigation systems, and supporting garden design efforts. Daily duties may include planting, pruning, weeding, harvesting, and ensuring the overall health and aesthetics of landscapes. This role requires working directly in Ibiza’s natural environment and contributing to the creation and maintenance of lush, sustainable spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in Gardening, Landscape Maintenance, and Landscaping
• Knowledge and skills in Irrigation systems and their implementation
• Familiarity with Garden Design principles and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Physical stamina for outdoor tasks in variable weather conditions
• A passion for sustainable and ecological practices
• Experience with tree care and pruning is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
