Las Funciones De Empleado De Mantenimiento

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid está buscando a un/a empleado/a de Mantenimiento para unirse a nuestro equipo. El/la empleado/a de Mantenimiento es responsable de las llamadas internas y ayudar en el mantenimiento de que todas las instalaciones del hotel estén en óptimas condiciones operativas, llevando a cabo acciones de mantenimiento preventivo y reparaciones en la sala de máquinas (incluyendo calefacción, instalación eléctrica, aire acondicionado, fontanería y refrigeración). El puesto también incluye aprender varios sistemas informáticos técnicos y la interacción con huéspedes.

• Tener soltura con tareas de carpintería, electricidad, fontanería, pintura, y pladur como parte del trabajo del día a día.
• Trabajar en equipo de manera coordinada y profesional junto con compañeros y supervisores.
• Actuar ante las llamadas de los huéspedes relacionadas tanto con el mantenimiento de habitaciones y su equipamiento, como en áreas públicas.
• Actuar ante cualquier tipo de emergencia como fuego, o fallos de tensión eléctrica.
• Limpiar todas los centros de trabajo de mantenimiento, manchas de grasa, fugas de fontanería y mantener organizado el departamento.
  
  

Nuestro/a Empleado/a De Mantenimiento Ideal Tendrá

Nuestro/a empleado/a de Mantenimiento ideal tiene excelentes dotes de comunicación y grandes habilidades de resolución de problemas. Trabajar de manera independiente y eficiente son requisitos indispensables. Los candidatos deben tener un mínimo de cinco años de experiencia técnica, o un certificado de Formación Profesional Superior de carácter técnico. Hablar inglés es algo recomendable, pero no necesario. Los candidatos deben tener un horario flexible con la posibilidad de trabajar tanto festivos como fines de semana. Se deberá tener todos los documentos en regla para trabajar en España y tener fluidez en Español.

About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and record supplier invoices in the hotel’s accounting system.
• Ensure invoices are complete, accurate, and approved by the relevant departments.
• Assist in scheduling payments to suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Follow up to resolve any discrepancies in payments or invoices.
• Support the reconciliation of bank accounts and accounts payable status.
• Organize and file documents related to payments and invoices in an orderly and accessible manner for future audits.
• Contact suppliers to clarify any doubts regarding invoices, payments, or contract terms.
• Assist in preparing reports related to accounts payable and cash flow.
• Ensure that all transactions are carried out in accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures.
  
  

Requirements

• University student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficient in accounting software (such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar systems).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in financial records.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience is not required, but any prior experience in accounting or finance, especially in the hotel industry, will be valued.

We are looking for passionate hospitality students eager to start their career path with Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both English and Spanish (for culinary internships only Spanish will be requested).
