Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Palma for a Team Assistant at FIRST MALLORCA. The Team Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating office activities, assisting with client communications, and managing office supplies and inventory.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in real estate or customer service is a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
