What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Engagement

  • Create an inclusive working environment with a customer-centric mindset
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver sales and profitability
  • Develop your team's product knowledge and selling culture
  • Drive a high-performance culture

Business Client Development

  • Maximize the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey
  • Existing knowledge of the local market and competitor activity
  • Build and foster strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand

Operations

  • Manage the store base staffing hours, review effectiveness to optimize store coverage, productivity and profitability
  • Recruit, train and onboard as needed
  • Analyze data, utilize reports and make conclusions to optimize performance and/or take correct action in collaboration with senior management.
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities whilst controlling cost through effective decision making

Who You Are

  • Previous experience in luxury required
  • Previous experience in clienteling and appointments
  • Previous experience executing bespoke events & experiences for clients
  • Previous knowledge of the local market and prospective clients' tastes and preferences
  • English (C1) required
