The Translational Chemical Biology Group, within the Molecular Oncology Programme, is seeking for an ambitious and highly skilled Assistant Researcher candidate with a strong background in molecular oncology and drug response mechanisms.

Roles And Responsabilities Of The Position

  • Design and perform experiments to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer immunotherapies.
  • Apply bioconjugation techniques to assembles multi-specific targeting proteins and antibodies.
  • Develop and optimize in vivo models for immunotherapy.
  • Write reports, present research, and write scientific communications.

Selection Criteria

  • Maters’s in Chemistry, Biomedicine, Immunology, or a related field from a top international university.
  • Experience in chemistry and / or chemical biology.
  • Experience with cell biology is ideal but not essencial.
  • Technical skills:

Demonstrated experience in drug testing assays, enzymatic assays and cell culture techniques. Experienece in synthetic chemistry.

  • Fluent English (C1) is required. Spanish is not required but ideal. Knowledge of additional languages is value.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Dedication to chemical biology and cancer research with interest in pursuing innovative therapeutic approaches.
