The Role
As the Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for the long term management and strategic revenue growth of the UGG brand for Spain. You will develop and maintain a strong collaborative approach with local cross-functional resource in the region, to ensure brand plans and profitable growth is achieved.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales drive and commercial orientation to drive the market activation for Spain. Fluency in English and Spanish is a requirement for this role.

Your Impact
- Build strong relationships with our retail partners across all functions
- Achieve, deliver and exceed sales and growth targets in territory
- Plan and deliver seasonal sell-in and replenishment
- Drive business development and acquisition within territory throughout all retail channels and segments
- Provide supporting measures to accelerate sell-out performance of UGG at POS of retail partner
- Attend regular sales meetings, prepare sales reports, sell through information and other necessary information on the territory, and support the Area Sales Manager where needed

Who You Are
- You have superior communication and negotiation skills
- You’re comfortable with travelling in the region and internationally in line with business needs
- You are able to prepare and present information for stakeholders at all levels
- You are passionate about the UGG brand
- Prior experience working in wholesale sales and sales order book management
- Keen interest in fashion and knowledge of fashion lifestyle landscape
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Full, valid driving licence
