Para seguir brindando un servicio de primera clase, buscamos un/a CAMARERO/A DE RESTAURANTE para unirse a nuestro equipo en el Hotel ABBA Balmoral. Funciones Principales

• Atención al cliente: Brindar un servicio excelente y personalizado, asegurando una experiencia memorable para nuestros huéspedes.
• Servicio de alimentos y bebidas: Ejecutar la venta y servicio de alimentos y bebidas con la máxima profesionalidad.
• Preparación del área de sala: Organizar y preparar el área asignada para el servicio, dejándola lista para el siguiente turno.
• Gestión de reservas: Coordinar y gestionar las reservas del restaurante.
• Montaje y desmontaje: Realizar el montaje y desmontaje de servicios en restaurante, salones, desayuno, bar-cafetería, entre otros.
• Facturación y cobro: Gestionar la facturación y cobro a los clientes, asegurando el cuadre de caja.
• Gestión de residuos: Manejar y segregar los residuos del área de sala, llevándolos a los contenedores correspondientes.
• Limpieza: Mantener limpios los útiles necesarios como cubertería, cristalería, cafetera, carros, etc.
• Preparación de cócteles: Elaborar cócteles y combinados con precisión y calidad.
• Gestión de pedidos: Realizar pedidos al departamento de compras, recepcionarlos y organizarlos.
• Mantenimiento de áreas: Mantener la sala, terraza, salón u otros espacios destinados a la venta de alimentos y bebidas en perfecto estado.
• Coordinación con recepción: Gestionar la facturación especial de comidas, eventos, etc., en coordinación con recepción.
• Mantenimiento de cartas: Asegurar que las cartas del restaurante estén en buen estado y listas para su uso.

Requisitos mínimos

• Experiencia previa de 2 años en un puesto similar.
• Inglés Fluido. Valorable otros idiomas.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión.
• Buena actitud y trato con el cliente.
• Conocimientos en servicio de sala.
• Organización y limpieza en el área de trabajo.
• Conocimiento de gestión de residuos y sostenibilidad.

Responsabilidades

• Dirección, planificación y control del área de sala: supervisión del restaurante, salones, bar-cafetería, y otros espacios relacionados.
• Elaboración de horarios y planificación de vacaciones del personal a su cargo, asegurando una óptima distribución de turnos.
• Contratación de personal nuevo, extra o de ETT, en coordinación con el departamento de Recursos Humanos.
• Control de variables junto con administración/dirección para garantizar una gestión eficiente del personal a su cargo.
• Realización de inventarios y coordinación con el departamento de compras para la gestión efectiva de pedidos.
• Control de producción y gasto en su departamento, asegurando un uso eficiente de los recursos.
• Atención al cliente: gestión de quejas y sugerencias para mejorar la experiencia del huésped.
• Cobro, cuadre y liquidación de la recaudación diaria, asegurando la precisión y transparencia en todas las operaciones financieras.
• Participación activa en la formación del personal a su cargo, garantizando que todos los procedimientos de ABBA Hoteles se cumplan correctamente.
• Supervisión del montaje y decoración de los diferentes espacios del hotel, asegurando que todos los detalles estén alineados con los estándares de calidad de la cadena.
• Gestión y mantenimiento del material necesario para el desarrollo de las actividades en todas las áreas de sala.
• Gestión de reservas y coordinación con el Centro de Coordinación de Información (CCI) para la organización de grupos, eventos, y otros servicios especiales.

🎯Your Role and Responsibilities

👉In this role, you'll learn and contribute to the following tasks:

• Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Leadership: Model, update, and execute environmental impact scenarios using Simapro, analyzing key indicators (GWP, energy, water) to guide strategic design decisions.
• Eco-labeling and EcoPassport PEP Management: Coordinate data collection, calculation, and external verification of Environmental Product Declarations (Type III EPDs), ensuring compliance with category rules (PCR).
• Material Selection and Circularity: Identify and evaluate sustainable alternatives (bio-based, recycled, low-carbon) and apply eco-design criteria (disassembly, modularity) in new product development.
• Data Governance and Compliance: Design traceability and document management systems to ensure that all sustainability evidence complies with ABB's audits and corporate standards.
• Strategic Monitoring and Cultural Change: Act as a technical reference in circularity trends, benchmarking the sector and leading internal training sessions to integrate sustainability into the plant's DNA.
