Your Role And Responsibilities
The Service Contract Manager is responsible for the development, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management of service contracts with clients and vendors. This role ensures that contractual obligations are met, service levels are achieved, and business objectives are supported through effective contract governance and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor service delivery against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to contract performance and delivery.
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and operational teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract management within the renewable energy sector (wind, solar, or similar).
- Strong technical understanding of renewable energy systems, maintenance strategies, and asset management.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in international environments.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Funciones Principales
- Atención al cliente: Brindar un servicio excelente y personalizado, asegurando una experiencia memorable para nuestros huéspedes.
- Servicio de alimentos y bebidas: Ejecutar la venta y servicio de alimentos y bebidas con la máxima profesionalidad.
- Preparación de cocteles: Para bar y terraza.
- Preparación del área de sala: Organizar y preparar el área asignada para el servicio, dejándola lista para el siguiente turno.
- Montaje y desmontaje: Realizar el montaje y desmontaje de servicios en restaurante, salones, desayuno, bar-cafetería, entre otros.
- Gestión de residuos: Manejar y segregar los residuos del área de sala, llevándolos a los contenedores correspondientes.
- Limpieza: Mantener limpios los útiles necesarios como cubertería, cristalería, cafetera, carros, etc.
- Gestión de pedidos: Realizar pedidos al departamento de compras, recepcionarlos y organizarlos.
- Mantenimiento de áreas: Mantener la sala, terraza, salón u otros espacios destinados a la venta de alimentos y bebidas en perfecto estado.

- Experiencia previa en restaurantes / bar de hotel.
- Experiencia en preparación de cocteles, (saber preparar cocteles ejemplo Mojito, Margarita,...)
- Buen nivel de Inglés, español, Euskera (será un plus)
- Con actitud positiva, atención al cliente y ganas de vender.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Buena actitud y trato con el cliente.
- Conocimientos en servicio de sala.
- Organización y limpieza en el área de trabajo.
- Conocimiento de gestión de residuos y sostenibilidad.
- Valorable formación en hostelería y conocimientos de inglés.
