Your Role And Responsibilities
We are looking for a Business Developer with experience in selling Automation, Software/digital and electrical solutions to identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the Spanish market. The main goal will be acquiring new clients and expanding our presence in major national accounts. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Spanish market.
- Prospect and manage relationships with new major national accounts and expand high level relationship in those existing.
- Design and execute commercial strategies for selling Automation, Digital and electrical solutions and associated services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications For The Role
Engineering degree or a similar qualification is required.
Previous experience in business development, sales, or consulting in the Automation and technology sector.
Knowledge of the Automation/Digital solutions market and associated products.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Ability to work independently and results-driven.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Availability to travel nationally and eventually internationally.
High proficiency in Spanish (native preferred) and English.

Funciones Principales
- Identificar y contactar con potenciales clientes (agencias de viajes, empresas, etc.).
- Presentar nuestros servicios y elaborar propuestas comerciales a medida.
- Negociar tarifas y cerrar acuerdos.
- Mantener y actualizar la base de datos de clientes.
- Realizar un seguimiento de las acciones comerciales y analizar los resultados.
- Asistir a ferias y eventos del sector, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.
- Representar cadena/abba hoteles a nivel global.
- Incorporación inmediata
- Contrato Indefinido con dos meses de pruebas.
- Jornada Completa de 40 horas.

- Salario bruto anual según convenio.

Your Role And Responsibilities
We are looking for an analytical and curious professional capable of collecting, structuring, and interpreting market data, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback. Reporting to the Marketing chapter, the candidate will join the Market & Portfolio Discovery Ecosystem Agile Team and will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making by providing timely and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze market data from primary and secondary sources
- Play a key role in the annual processes of estimating and simulating market snapshots and the competitive landscape for the assigned division
- Monitor competitors, industry benchmarks, and emerging trends
- Manage competitive intelligence activities and produce on-demand reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into actionable strategies
- Structure and analyze customer feedback (Voice of Customer) from surveys, interviews, etc.
- Support the definition of go-to-market and cross-selling strategies
- Contribute to the development of competitive intelligence capabilities across the team and broader organization through knowledge sharing and collaborative learning

Qualifications For The Role
- Proven experience in market insights collection, including primary/secondary research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring, using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Skilled in market share estimation and simulation tools (e.g., Jedox or equivalent) and trend analysis
- Strong data storytelling, synthesis, and strategic thinking skills
- Proficient with data collection (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience in industrial B2B or tech environments
- Familiarity with social listening and competitive tracking tools (e.g., SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Brandwatch)
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and Agile teamwork abilities
- Outstanding English communication skills (verbal and written), with a degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field

This Position reports to:
Service Operations Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead FAT, installation, commissioning, testing, and handover activities on-site, acting as the single point of contact for the customer. Each day, you will manage on-site presence throughout the project, ensuring coordination and smooth execution of all work activities. You will also showcase your expertise by planning, scheduling, and coordinating service resources based on guidelines.
The work model for the role is:
This role is contributing to the Electrification Services – Service Execution (Spain). Main stakeholders are Key clients, subcontractors, project managers, and field service engineers.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Managing installation and commissioning activities for low and medium voltage systems.
- Leading coordination with subcontractors and internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Handling technical and economic follow-up of projects, including cost control and closure.
- Building strong relationships with high-level clients to ensure satisfaction and continuity.
- You have proven experience as Site Manager in low and medium voltage electrical installations.
- You have an Engineering Degree (Electrical or similar).
- You hold or are working toward Project Management certification (desirable PMP®).
- You are fluent in Spanish and English (C2 minimum).
- You are highly skilled in interpreting and verifying power and control electrical schematics.
- You are confident leading internal teams and subcontractors on complex sites.
- You are proficient with CAD tools and familiar with project execution tools.
