¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

• Preparar la documentación administrativa necesaria para las licitaciones que presenta el Departamento de Estudios de su Zona o Delegación.
• Consultar Boletines Oficiales y portales de licitación con el fin de detectar obras licitadas por las Administraciones Públicas que cumplen con los requisitos marcados desde la Dirección de Contratación y Estudios, para posteriormente traspasar esta información al/la Responsable de Estudios de Zona.
• Coordinar y en ocasiones llevar a cabo las tareas logísticas de la presentación de ofertas y de las aperturas de plicas de los estudios realizados en su Zona o Delegación.
• Procesar las aperturas de plicas en el módulo de Contratación del SIG, y distribuir esta información internamente.
• Mantener actualizado el módulo del SIG: aperturas, adjudicaciones, UTE’s, etc.
• Mantener la documentación legal para cumplimentar las plicas de los concursos de obras.

Sus Funciones Serán

Apoyar al área correspondiente siendo su soporte ejecutivo en materia administrativa.

Tareas

🎯 Funciones principales

• Captación y fidelización de clientes (particulares y/o empresas).


• Asesoramiento personalizado en seguros (autos, hogar, salud, vida, pymes, etc.).


• Gestión y seguimiento de la cartera de clientes.


• Elaboración de ofertas y comparativas entre compañías.


• Tramitación y seguimiento de pólizas, suplementos y renovaciones.


• Colaboración con el equipo interno para garantizar un servicio de calidad.


• Cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.

Requisitos

✅ Requisitos

• Experiencia previa como comercial o gestor/a en el sector seguros (valorable).


• Habilidades comerciales y de negociación.


• Orientación al cliente y a resultados.


• Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas.


• Capacidad de organización y autonomía.


• Residir en Huelva capital, Aljaraque, Moguer, San Juan del Puerto, etc....
