What you will do:
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Conduct requirement engineering and refine user stories in an Agile setup
- Develop and maintain 3rd party integrations (e.g., REST APIs with MuleSoft, SAP)
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for business applications
- Leverage the latest ServiceNow functionalities to enhance and maintain applications

What you bring & who you are:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in software development, including 2+ years with ServiceNow
- Proficiency in ServiceNow JavaScript, Workflow Studio, Jelly scripting, and AngularJS
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; requirements engineering is a plus
- Analytical mindset, self-starter attitude, and strong team spirit
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
