Your mission

As a Junior Reservations Agent based in our Barcelona, you’ll play a key role in managing bookings, guest communications, and supporting our revenue goals. You’ll be the bridge between great planning and great guest stays, ensuring everything runs smoothly before the guest even checks in.


Your journey

🎟 Reservations & Guest Communication

  • Handle incoming bookings, guest requests, and questions via phone and email
  • Manage messages and guest communications across OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.)
  • Ensure all reservation details are correct:
  • Add notes and tasks (e.g., early check-in, allergies, late arrivals)
  • Double-check payment method and booking validity

💳 Billing & Payment Follow-Up

  • Track and verify guest payments and billing data
  • Proactively follow up on pending payments to avoid delays and revenue leakage

📊 Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare monthly reports and share reservation stats with clients
  • Support our End-of-Month report to summarize key insights
  • Conduct occupancy forecasts to help us optimize availability and pricing
  • Adjust the room plan across properties to ensure smooth operations and prevent overbookings.


What you will bring to Base

  • Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer support is a big plus
  • Strong communication skills in French and English is a MUST (Italian or German is a plus!)
  • Detail-oriented, organized and reliable
  • Comfortable working with systems like PMS, channel managers, or reservation platforms
  • Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Able to work full-time, based in Barcelona
