The role
We're seeking a Head of Client Services to step in for a 6-month maternity cover, with potential to extend into a permanent position as our team grows rapidly.

In this role, you'll be the primary point senior reference for our key client, overseeing their entire journey with Camping. You'll ensure seamless communication, strategic alignment, and the successful delivery of impactful video storytelling projects.

This senior role requires someone who can confidently manage client expectations, lead internal teams, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities
Account Oversight: Oversee our entire client relationship processes, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.

New clients planning and onboarding: Develop our approach for new contracts, and work with our team to define a strategy and project plan for their needs.

Key Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact and strategic partner for our key client, fostering strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs while delegating the day to day management to our team of project managers.

Initiatives briefing and development: Work with our strategist and key stakeholders to ensure the successful definition of the initiatives within a contract and ensure they are executed successfully.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address potential challenges, implementing solutions to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.

Team Leadership: Oversee a small, dedicated team of project managers and producers that will help bring our collaboration to life and deliver on our commitments.

Project Governance: Take ownership of our high-level collaboration budget, project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all initiatives are executed by our team to the highest standards and on schedule.

Strategic Communication: Represent Camping in key client communications, articulating our creative vision and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively.

What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
Proven 5+ years of experience in an creative agency setting managing large, corporate contracts (that include video), ideally within the B2B tech sector. In-house experience can also be relevant but we will still require agency experience.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring a team.

Strong background in project management, particularly within creative services.

Understanding of the video production lifecycle and its strategic application in marketing.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport and trust with key stakeholders.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Please refrain from applying if you do not possess an excellent English level, as it is a core requirement and we will be testing for it.

Location
This position is based in Barcelona, Spain. We won't be taking candidates that aren't able to live in Barcelona. You must have the right to work in Spain.

Working model
We're trialing a 4-day workweek with Fridays off. For our team, Taking Friday off is a bonus, and it's conditional to our workload being effectively managed and our commitments being properly attended.

This is a full-time, 6-month maternity cover role with potential to extend into a permanent position.

Flexible working hours are a given, as we trust you to manage your schedule effectively.

We work in a hybrid model, with at least two days per week at our office in the Poblenou area.

What we offer
Immediate incorporation

Gross yearly salary of 40k-55k€ (depending on experience).
