Key Responsibilities

• Manage and advise on complex employee relations matters across EU jurisdictions • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on European employment law and local labour directives • Partner with HR Operations to streamline processes and ensure legal compliance • Analyse HR trends and deliver actionable insights across engagement, culture, and performance metrics • Lead or support the implementation of compliant HR policies in collaboration with external legal counsel

What You Bring

✅ Demonstrated HR generalist experience in multi-country environments ✅ In-depth knowledge of European employment legislation and regulatory frameworks ✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply HR data effectively ✅ Collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills suited to international teams ✅ CIPD certification or formal qualifications in employment law (strongly preferred) ✅ Experience in professional services or the financial sector is a plus
