Your contribution to the team

At Frekuent, we’re not just building payment solutions — we’re creating seamless experiences that move businesses and customers forward. As an Operations Intern, you will collaborate closely with our Operations team to support crucial business development initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience in financial operations, documentation management, and customer verification processes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for clients.
• Review and validate documentation within the funnel.
• Draft and process contract creation for new customers.
• Monitor progress with our partners.
• Engage directly with customers to support document collection when necessary.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid command of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Languages: advanced Spanish and English.
• Availability: Able to commit to a 40-hour workweek.
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills — you’re not afraid to tackle challenges head-on.
• Takes accountability and consistently owns the outcome throughout the process.
• Embraces feedback as an opportunity for growth.
• Naturally proactive, always looking for ways to move projects forward.
• Comfortable speaking up and proposing bold, creative ideas that add value.
