Job Title: AI Consultant
Location: Hybrid (Madrid – Las Tablas)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled AI Consultant with strong expertise in Generative AI technologies, prompt engineering, and
Python programming. The role involves bridging the gap between technical development and business strategy,
applying AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.
This consultant will play a key role in designing and implementing AI-based tools and frameworks to support tasks
such as code automation, trend analysis, and intelligent data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Apply advanced prompting techniques (e.g., ReAct, Chain-of-Thought, Code-Only Dialogue, Function Calling) for
task resolution and AI interactions.
• Utilize and optimize GitHub tools, including GitHub Actions and GitHub Copilot, to enhance DevOps and
development workflows.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation
(RAG).
• Work with the OpenAI platform and develop conversational assistants to streamline internal or external
communication tasks.
• Perform data analysis and strategy consulting to identify areas where AI can add business value.
• Leverage Python for scripting, automation, data wrangling, and model integration.
• Provide actionable insights by reviewing dashboards, identifying data trends, and automating analysis.
• Support development teams through automated code reviews and tooling enhancements powered by AI.
Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM interaction strategies (ReAct, CoT, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, including experience with OpenAI, RAG, and AI agents.
• Solid understanding of GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation and code collaboration.
• Proficient in Python, particularly for AI-related development and scripting tasks.
• Familiarity with conversational AI and assistant design principles.
• Background in data science, machine learning, or AI-driven automation.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with data management and analysis tools.
• Previous consulting experience, ideally in bridging business and technology needs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative work environments.
